Many streams of philosophies have been produced both in the east and west moving around experience, reason, intuition, non-duality, monism, monotheism, agnosticism and pantheism. But no philosophy is socially, as sound and valid as that of Ambedkar. His focus on education, organization and struggle is inclusive of all learning that helps in acquiring knowledge. Similarly, organization connotes strength of mind and body to assert for rights and dignity. Struggle includes protest against atrocious activities, including communalism, regionalism and separatism. His philosophy is a unique mixture of sociology, culture and ethics, which negates all superstitions and predetermination or destiny. It inspires human action and evokes a passion for it. In this age of globalization and privatization, dalits are likely to lack behind in social progress if they do not adhere to the teachings of Ambedkar, which is rooted in the philosophy of flux in Buddhism. Dalits should prepare themselves to accept the challenge posed by it and educate themselves to struggle.
