This booklet is collection of speeches of Ambedkar wherein he has analyzed critically the quintessential components of Hinduism, Manuism, Gandhism and Buddhism and found the last to be the only religion / ideology with inbuilt scope for uplift of Dalits. Hinduism is a bundle of ostentations , an end in itself denying every space to individual and mystifying religion as a singular end. It provides no scope for economic well-being of the majority, making untouchability as a fort for defending the evil design. Gita is nothing but reinforcement of vedism. Marxist class collectivism also prohibits individual to discover himself and then rise. Gandhism is socio-political weapon for retention of varna system. Buddhism is the only religion that allows individual to think , question and change himself and the society in which he lives. So conversion to Buddhism is the only means for human emancipation from various kinds and modes of bondage.
